...has been years in the making and was birthed from T.S.'s personal experiences and her desire to help others who were navigating through various forms of domestic violence and abuse.
Because of T.S.'s penchant for fantasy and science fiction, the story encompasses an exciting realm where humans have marvelous abilities called "dais" - used to manipulate spiritual elements, physical elements, speech, memories, current and future events, people, and things - as they destroy and overcome, deceive and love, inflict pain and heal, and maneuver through life.
T.S.'s life experiences, although difficult for her and her daughter, were her "master teacher" and the catalyst for attending law school. As a licensed attorney in Nevada for the past seventeen years, she's been required to attend court hearings and persuasively write to those in the Nevada court and administrative systems. She's also been able to assist children and adults escape abusive relationships. The Unbalanced Realm has been T.S.'s opportunity to write creatively and is her passion!
T.S.'s other passions are music and travel. She's an accomplished pianist and composes music in her spare time including orchestral pieces that have been performed by orchestras in the Las Vegas valley, piano solos, vocal solos, and a full-length opera. She enjoys traveling to natural wonders and collects rocks and sand from the various places she visits.
T.S. is a native of her beloved Sin City (Las Vegas) and is a "Golden Misfit" following the Vegas Golden Knights hockey team (Go Knights Go!). A graduate of Brigham Young University and UNLV's William Boyd School of Law, T.S. has one daughter - an accomplished violinist and opera singer - who joins her as a Rebel Forever graduate from UNLV in opera performance.
T.S. recently moved to a small town in Texas to follow her dreams and currently splits her time between Vegas and Texas. She loves the people of the Midwest and using the word "y'all"!
T.S. wants to ensure that anyone who is in a violent or abusive situation can find help. Please contact us and we will attempt to provide you with resources or information regarding organizations and/or professionals in your area who may be of assistance.
